Each Madame & Compagnie creation is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural, preserved flowers.

Due to this artisanal process, subtle variations in colour, shape and texture may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

. Orders & production

All items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the design and demand.

. Change of mind

As each piece is created especially for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

We kindly encourage you to choose carefully before placing your order.

. Your rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures.

. Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact us promptly and we will make it right in accordance with Australian law.

Where applicable, return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
