Are your designs made by hand?
Yes — each Madame & Compagnie piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio by Gaëlle, using real preserved flowers.
Every creation is made with care, making each piece truly unique.
About quality ?
We place great importance on quality and craftsmanship.
The jewelry findings are guaranteed to be nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. And, the preserved flowers result from a biological process, not a chemical one.
Gaëlle emphasizes her attention to detail and quality of her work. She takes great care to accurately represent her range online. Each piece is unique and can vary slightly while still upholding its distinct characteristics and value.
In a rare and unlikely event, you receive a faulty product, Gaëlle is committed to the Australian Consumer Law and will repair or replace it with no additional charge.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handcrafted using real preserved flowers, which means no two creations are ever identical.
Your piece will closely resemble the design shown, while carrying its own unique character — making it truly one of a kind.
Are your pieces durable?
Yes — our pieces are carefully crafted to last.
Our flowers are preserved through a natural process designed to maintain their beauty over time.
Like all delicate jewellery, we recommend handling your piece with care and avoiding water, perfumes and prolonged sun exposure.
How long does it take to get my order?
As most pieces are made to order, please allow:
- 1–2 weeks for production
- 1–4 days dispatch for ready-to-ship items
Please note that availability may vary depending on current production.
For bespoke or custom designs, timelines may differ.
Are shipping times added to the processing time?
Yes, please add the shipping time frame to your orders processing time. This will vary depending on what type of shipping you have selected.
Can I change or add to my order?
Changes to an order can be done if its early in the production process of the order.
You can always add to an order before it's been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then you'll have to do a new order.Order Cancellation
At Madame & Compagnie, we understand that you may wish to cancel an order. Here are our conditions for cancellation:
- Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will be happy to process your request. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid. - Cancellation After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.
Returns or Exchange
As each piece is handmade to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We kindly encourage you to choose carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
We can ship internationally, but due to certain phytosanitary regulations, it's best to contact us before placing your order to ensure you receive it without any problems.
Shipping costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, the majority of our models can be adapted into clip-on formats.
How should I care for my pieces ?
Think of your jewellery like flowers—beautiful but deserving of care. Keep pieces in their original box when not in use, avoid contact with perfume or water.
