Each piece is handcrafted using real, preserved flowers.

As such, slight variations in colour, shape and texture are to be expected and celebrated as part of the uniqueness of your piece.

. Change of mind

As our pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been shipped.

. Your rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item:

• arrives damaged
• is faulty
• or does not match its description

you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

. If something isn't right

If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

We will carefully review your request and offer a suitable resolution in line with Australian law.

Return shipping costs are covered for faulty or incorrect items.

. Returns (where approved)

If a return is approved:

• items must be unworn and in original condition
• return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless faulty)

. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

. Non-returnable items

Unless faulty:

• custom or personalised pieces
• sale items
• gift cards

. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet entered production.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
