At Madame & Compagnie, all designs are meticulously handmade to order for each individual person. Creating all our designs requires a considerable amount of time - ranging from hours to days. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind after the item has been shipped and received.

The utmost care has been taken to ensure that every item from the Madame & Co range is accurately represented. All our design are truly one-of-a-kind due to its handmade nature, resulting in slight variations from piece to piece while maintaining their unique characteristics and value.

Madame & Co takes great pride in her meticulous attention to detail in every design. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If, by any chance, the item you purchased arrives damaged, we abide by the Australian Consumer Law and will promptly arrange for a repair or replacement.
